Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 400 g spaghetti
Meat Sauce
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 100 g ground pork
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

  • Pan for the sauce
  • Pot for boiling pasta

Method
 

Prepare Sauce
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and ground pork, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in canned tomatoes, red wine, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook Pasta
  1. Boil water in a large pot.
  2. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Drain and serve with the sauce.
