- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl combine oat flour, pumpkin puree, greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla protein powder, spice blend, baking powder, and baking soda; mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin liners, sprinkle remaining chips on top, and bake 25‑30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool briefly before serving.
