- In a large bowl, mix together powdered sugar, melted butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla until a dough forms. Adjust consistency as needed by adding more sugar or milk.
- Dust a flat surface with powdered sugar and roll out the dough to a desired thickness.
- Spread an even layer of creamy peanut butter over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from one edge and tucking it inwards as you go.
- Cut the log into equal pieces, about 1 inch thick.
- For an optional variation, mix brown sugar and cream cheese until smooth, and spread on the rolled dough before rolling it up.
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with a simple coffee glaze made from powdered sugar and strong coffee.
