- Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, flaxseed, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chia seeds in a large bowl; stir until uniform.
- If mixture is too thick, add a teaspoon of water at a time.

- Place on a sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
