Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix honey (or agave syrup), nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  5. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish, spreading evenly to eliminate air pockets.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until firm, then cut into bars.
