Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 medium limes, juiced and zested
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, lime juice and zest, garlic, agave nectar, yogurt, avocado oil, salt, cumin, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. If a thinner consistency is desired, add a little water or more oil until you reach your preferred texture.
  3. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate before serving. It will keep well for up to 3 days. Enjoy it drizzled on salads or as a dip!
