  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili paste, ginger, and garlic powder. Add the broccoli florets and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the broccoli onto a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through until the broccoli is tender and slightly browned.
  4. Remove from oven, add minced garlic and sesame seeds, tossing to combine. Continue roasting for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy this delightful side!
