Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini (sliced into 1/8" thick rounds)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay zucchini slices in a single layer on a paper towel and sprinkle salt generously on top. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Pat the zucchini dry with a paper towel or cloth and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to the zucchini slices. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, checking at the halfway mark. Remove any chips that are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Continue air frying until all slices are crispy. Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving to maintain crispiness.
